ImagesQueen — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of ImagesQueen AI text-to-image services. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP.

1. Permitted Use

You may use ImagesQueen for lawful personal, creative, educational, research, and commercial work, provided that you have the necessary rights to every image, person, brand, and other material you submit. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to request, create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Sexual or NSFW Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexualized, or fetish content, including any sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be under 18. ImagesQueen does not permit sexualization of minors under any circumstances.

2.2 Violence or Graphic Content

Graphic gore, extreme violence, torture, instructions or material that facilitates violent wrongdoing, or content that glorifies or encourages serious harm.

2.3 Hate or Harassment

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, threats, or dehumanization against a person or protected group based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status.

2.4 Child Sexual Abuse Material and Child-Safety Violations

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexualization of minors, or content that facilitates the abuse, trafficking, or exploitation of children. We report suspected CSAM and credible child-safety threats to appropriate authorities where required.

2.5 Deepfakes, Impersonation, or Deception

Content intended to impersonate a real person, deceive viewers about a person's identity or actions, facilitate fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, election manipulation, or other harmful deception. Do not upload or transform another person's likeness without the necessary rights and consent.

2.6 Copyright, Trademark, and Privacy Infringement

Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, brands, private images, or a person's likeness.

3. Other Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Generate malware, phishing content, credential theft material, or cyber-attack tools.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with safety filters, rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Systematically scrape, crawl, extract, or harvest outputs or service data at scale.
• Use the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or develop a competing AI or machine-learning model.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written approval.
• Upload content containing sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and all required consent.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, regulation, or card-network rules.

4. Content Moderation

ImagesQueen uses a layered safety process:

• Before generation: prompts and relevant inputs may be screened using automated safety filters and blocklists.
• Before delivery: generated outputs may be checked for prohibited or unsafe content before being shown or made available for download.
• After reporting: reported content may be reviewed automatically and, where appropriate, by trained human reviewers.

A request may be blocked, limited, placed under review, or removed even if an automated system cannot determine its safety with certainty. Changing an AI model or feature does not bypass these controls. We may retain moderation decisions and related safety logs for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and audit purposes.

5. Reporting Violations

To report prohibited content, abuse, copyright or trademark infringement, privacy violations, or a safety concern, email [email protected] with:

• A description of the content and concern;
• The relevant page, task, or content identifier, if available;
• The reason you believe it violates this AUP; and
• Your contact email for follow-up.

Do not email or attach CSAM or other illegal material. Provide a description and relevant identifiers instead. We review reports promptly and may request additional information. We do not disclose a reporter's identity except where required by law or necessary to investigate a credible threat.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, frequency, intent, and legal obligations, we may:

• Block a prompt, upload, output, or download;
• Remove or restrict access to content;
• Require additional verification;
• Suspend or permanently terminate an account;
• Revoke credits or other access granted through abuse;
• Preserve evidence and cooperate with law-enforcement or rights holders; or
• Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or the Service.

We may take immediate action where there is a risk of harm, child safety concern, fraud, unlawful conduct, or attempts to evade moderation.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, contact [email protected] from your registered email and include the relevant account or task identifier. We will review the request and, where appropriate, conduct a secondary review. Appeals do not restore content that is unlawful or unsafe.

8. Updates

We may update this AUP as our Service, safety controls, and legal obligations change. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated AUP.
